Indiana Department of Education Teacher Effectiveness Data

HEA 1002 (2025) amended IC 20-28-11.5-9, removing the requirement that school corporations and charter schools provide the results of staff performance evaluations to the INDoE. In addition, it removed the requirement of INDoE to report the results of staff performance evaluations to teacher preparation programs. As a result, no educator evaluation data will be collected following the 2023-24 academic year below.
