Kevin J. Jones is an Associate Professor of Management and AI Strategist at Indiana University Columbus. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, leadership, human capability, and organizational transformation. He teaches, speaks, and consults to help organizations, leaders, and learners navigate the Age of Accelerated Transformation by building the strategies, capabilities, and organizational practices required to create value through responsible, human-centered AI adoption.
Dr. Jones has worked in higher education, consulting, telecommunications, and healthcare. He specializes in workforce capability, organizational change, and human-AI collaboration. At IU Columbus, he advocates for AI literacy and workforce readiness, equipping students for the future of work. I teach based on application, reflection, collaboration, and responsible experimentation. Students learn through solving real-world organizational problems, bridging theory and practice, and developing skills in leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making. Artificial intelligence is a tool for augmentation, not replacement, and can help students learn how to evaluate, improve, and responsibly apply emerging technologies in organizational settings.
